Yerba comes from our senior herdsire and halter champion, Sundown’s Kinnick Too. Yerba’s dam, Smokin’ Satin, is a show champion and a family sentimental favorite since we got her when she was still a baby.

Both Satin and Kinnick have beautiful fiber, so we weren’t surprised to see that Yerba came out with locked fiber with a bit of twist. As he continues to get older, the locks are really starting to take more shape. He is a really neat color that is almost a dark chocolate gray with some white on some of his legs, and a white ring around his neck. He even has a bit of red coloring around the head. There is a lot of color in his background, especially with Smokin Gun, who is a suri appy that was a big seller at the Burgess production sale.
